God of War Toy Designs

Here's a few of the toys I designed for God of War that are seen in the game. Also are a few sketches of where the designs started from.

Here’s the Dark Elf concept for God of War in a bit more detail. Modeled beautifully by Raf Grassetti . This was one of the earliest characters we designed on the project. We wanted them to look frightening, but still contain that mythical element, so the wings were meant to look like fairy wings. Here are also a few horn variations done over Raf’s model of the character.

More scifi samurai designs

Here’s a raw sketch book page, with some close ups. A little look at how I sketch, you can even see words I write down of elements I’m thinking of as I design. More scifi samurai designs.

Light Elf Character Design in God of War

Here is the Light Elf design, these characters were extremely fun to do. Elves occupy this great space, they're not quite gods, but they're more elevated than man, so interesting to explore. For the Light Ones we wanted the feeling of a monk or spirit in their design.
